Leader
DARYNA YAHORAVA
I didn't do gymnastics or acrobatics as a child and only acquired all my skills as an adult. Over 9 years of teaching yoga and working on postures, I have developed a clear understanding and approach to how to train adults. I have studied with the best handstanders and acrobats of our time: 1. Marie-Eve Dicaire (Canada, online) 2. Miguel San'tana (in-person training in Hong Kong) 3. Janchivdorj Sainbayar (in-person training at the London School of Handbalance) 4. Alona Zhuravel (in-person training in London) 5. Hisashi Watanabe (in-person training in Japan)

This camp is for those who want to combine sun, sea, and real training - and take their handstand practice to a new level.
π‘ This edition is designed for intermediate practitioners.
If you already have a solid handstand practice, have experienced the ups and downs, defined your goals, and clearly understand what you want to improve - this camp is for you.
You donβt need perfect alignment or a press to handstand yet - that is exactly what we will work on during the retreat.
But you do need to be ready to train seriously: 4 hours a day on your hands, focused practice, good food, proper rest.
πͺπ» I will share everything I know to help you grow stronger, more precise, and more confident in your practice.
See you in Greece.
