Véronique Marquier Dumont is a senior Prana Vinyasa Flow teacher and director of the Institut du Développement de la Personne. She leads yoga teacher trainings and retreats that integrate meditation, the elements of nature, transpersonal psychology, movement and mantra.

Food

Enjoy delicious fresh food at award-winning Ambrosia Gallery Restaurant. You will be served an abundant breakfast buffet daily, as well as a tasty lunch and dinner. They use fresh food and locally grown vegetables and a variety of spices grown on the island. The meals are all vegetarian and vegan. Please let the retreat leader know at the time of your booking if you have any specific dietary requirements.

Introduction

A Prana Vinyasa Flow retreat inspired by the elements of nature, with daily yoga and meditation on Amorgos. Guests may also choose an optional teacher-training track while exploring grounding, healing, vitality, openness and connection.

Program

Two to three hours of daily meditation and Prana Vinyasa Flow practice, moving through themes inspired by earth, water, fire, air and ether. Optional teacher-training sessions are offered on selected afternoons.
