Vhairi Slaven is a yoga teacher and owner of My Yoga Place in Ayr, Scotland. She trained in Hatha Yoga with Sivananda Yoga Vedanta and later studied Vinyasa, Adaptive and Yin Yoga. Her teaching focuses on making yoga welcoming and accessible, using creative adaptations to help students find ease and confidence in their practice.
